Terms of Use
Last updated September 4, 2026
Live billing must remain disabled until the operator’s legal business identity, jurisdiction, monitored support contact, and payment-processor approval are confirmed and published.
These Terms govern access to Sanctuary Bazaar. By using the Bazaar, you agree to these Terms and to the rules of every game, platform, payment provider, and jurisdiction that applies to you.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Independent marketplace
Sanctuary Bazaar provides community listings, reputation tools, and optional trade coordination. The Bazaar does not create, own, sell, warrant, or control game items listed by members. A listing is not a guarantee that an item exists, can be transferred, or may lawfully be traded.
You may list or complete only transactions allowed by the applicable publisher’s terms and local law. If a publisher prohibits a transaction, it is prohibited on Sanctuary Bazaar.
3. Ducats and fixed supply
Ducats are closed-loop platform credits with a fixed maximum system supply of 1,000,000,000 DCT. They are not money, cryptocurrency, blockchain tokens, an investment, or a bank deposit; they earn no interest and cannot be redeemed for cash. All grants move existing Ducats from disclosed Treasury, reward, or market-bankroll accounts rather than creating new Ducats.
Legitimately purchased and membership-granted Ducats roll over and do not expire while the service remains available. One-time sales may pause when the Commerce Treasury reaches the published 15% reserve floor. The Bazaar may reverse Ducats credited through fraud, duplicate processing, payment reversal, refund, dispute, or technical error. Peer transfers and simulated markets are subject to disclosed limits and fees. Fees are recirculated among Treasury, rewards, and eligible liquidity providers; paid-entry raffles are not enabled.
4. Rewards, referrals, Rune Futures, and liquidity
The daily wheel is a free promotional account reward. No purchase is required and purchases do not improve the published odds. Eligibility requires an account at least 24 hours old and a completed trader profile. Welcome and referral grants require a first verified Stripe purchase, are one-time, and may be withheld or reversed for self-referral, duplicate identity, automation, payment abuse, collusion, or wash activity.
Rune Futures is a closed-loop constant-product automated-market-maker simulation limited to the 33 Diablo II runes and seven Perfect Gems. Rolled charms, runewords, uniques, torches, and Annihilus are excluded. It is not a securities, commodities, cryptocurrency, wagering, or real-money derivatives exchange. Positions do not create ownership of game items or real assets. Marks respond to simulated order flow, and outcomes are subject to disclosed fees, liquidity, leverage, loss, bankroll, and profit limits.
Eligible members may supply Ducats to a selected simulated market pool and receive internal pool shares. Pool value can rise from allocated fees and trader losses or fall when trader profits are settled. Liquidity is locked for the disclosed period, returns are not guaranteed, and pool shares cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, game items, or anything outside Sanctuary Bazaar.
5. Memberships and billing
Memberships renew monthly at the price shown during checkout until cancelled. You authorize the disclosed recurring charge. You can manage payment methods or cancel through Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
Monthly Ducat grants are issued only after Stripe confirms successful payment. A failed, disputed, or reversed payment can pause membership benefits and future grants.
6. Marketplace conduct and identity
Do not post fraudulent or misleading listings, impersonate another person, manipulate reputation or AMM markets, coordinate wash transfers, evade payment controls, farm referrals, use automated reward claims, distribute malware, harass members, trade stolen property or accounts, or use the Bazaar for unlawful activity. Public handle changes are limited to once every 90 days and preserved in name history. Never request another member’s password, payment-card data, authentication code, or account recovery information.
7. Mediation
Mediation is an optional coordination and recordkeeping service, not legal arbitration, insured escrow, or a guarantee of performance. Members remain responsible for verifying the other party, the in-game identity, the item, and the publisher’s rules before completing a trade.
8. Enforcement and service changes
The Bazaar may remove content or suspend accounts reasonably believed to involve fraud, abuse, legal risk, payment disputes, security threats, publisher-rule violations, coordinated market manipulation, or exploitation of reward systems. Material pricing or policy changes will be disclosed before they take effect where required.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No result, uninterrupted availability, item authenticity, account safety, market outcome, Ducat gain, or successful trade is guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
